Offshore Tycoon is not, as the name might suggest, a business sim about drilling for oil in the ocean, but rather a game about running a family fishing company. Players take control of The Offshore Company, founded by the world's finest fisherman and handed down through ten generations of the Parker family. It's up to gamers to keep the company successful by harvesting fish and selling them at a profit, and then using the money to fund equipment upgrades. Other financial rewards include rescuing plane crash survivors and discovering sunken treasure chests.
