Aliens have invaded Earth and caused five natural disasters! The Power Rangers must rescue the civilians from the danger while fighting the evil Batlings. To complicate matters, a giant Megazord is waiting to confront the Power Rangers at each site! Behind it all sits mastermind Diabolico. The Power Rangers must face increasing challenges on their way to challenge Diabolico and bring prosperity back to the planet. This single-player action/adventure game lets you choose between any one of the five Power Rangers to control. When one of your rangers dies, you can continue using a different one where you left off. A password option is also available so that you can continue past a level that you have previously defeated. At the beginning, you can choose among five different levels to conquer. Each level follows the same three-prong format. First, you must save the civilians within the time limit. Secondly, you have to do battle against the evil Batlings, and finally you have to defeat the evil Megazord with your character's zord. Once you've completed these five stages, a sixth stage will become available. Each Power Ranger has a special set of skills that will be more beneficial for a certain area. The skills are based on three characteristics: Life, Energy, and Power. More life will mean that your ranger can suffer more damage before retiring, and the more power your ranger has, the quicker he or she can use the special move. Energy is also important, as it determines how much a ranger can use his or her tools. Six tools are available for each Power Ranger: Drill, Medicine, Grappling Hook, Cable Cutter, and Sword. These tools will aid in your rescue of the civilians. Throughout the levels you'll also find Extra Life and Extra Energy to help your rangers use their tools, gain the necessary life back to save the civilians, and defeat the wicked Diabolico..
